Our client, a fast-growing premium brand online store, faced a major hurdle. Despite a steady stream of users landing on their website, sales revenues did not grow proportionally to advertising expenditures. The Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) was increasing month-by-month, and the Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) was plummeting. Additionally, the lack of robust e-commerce analytics (GA4 and GTM) made it impossible to evaluate which marketing channels were actually profitable and which ones were draining the budget.

Analysis of user behavior revealed that the biggest leak was a complex, multi-step checkout process and poor optimization of the mobile store experience. Over 70% of users who added products to their cart abandoned their purchase at the checkout. The client needed a comprehensive strategy that would plug the checkout leaks, optimize the website's UX, and allow for efficient scaling of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns based on solid data.

We designed and executed a multi-layered growth strategy, eliminating friction on the site and optimizing ad campaigns for maximum return on investment.

Advanced 360° Analytics

We configured Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) from scratch with full Enhanced Ecommerce tracking. We implemented server-side tracking and Consent Mode v2, which recovered up to 25% of "lost" conversion data and enabled precise performance tracking across all traffic sources.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & UX

We conducted a usability audit and rolled out several critical updates to the store: simplified the checkout process to a single step (One-Step Checkout), optimized product pages (clearer CTAs, social proof indicators, prominent review placement), and improved mobile site speed.

Scalable Google & Meta Ads

We restructured all ad accounts. We launched conversion value-optimized Performance Max campaigns, precise dynamic remarketing, and advanced behavioral targeting on Facebook and Instagram. We tested dozens of new ad creatives (video, UGC, product carousels).

Retargeting & Email Automation
